Pros

Company has a very relaxed yet professional culture here making it very comfortable to fit in. The work is constant and some days becomes chaotic, but I am learning new things everyday as each comes with new opportunities to grow and learn. The other employees welcomed me from day one and treated me with respect, and in fact seemed eager to see what I could do to help. We collaborate very well together although there is still some healthy arguments here and there until we can figure out a solution.

Cons

We have the typical small business growing pains as we learn to be come more mature and enterprise like. This growth requires changes to structure and processes that some of the more veteran employees are resistant to making at first. Eventually they understand why things need to be changed and can let go of some of those things they held so tightly before.

Pros

1. The CEO keeps his door open! If you have an idea, he's only a few steps away and will gladly take the time to listen. 2. Enjoyable work environment! Typically I don't like offices but ever since I started here, I feel like the office isn't like your traditional office. Everyone is very welcoming and treats you with a lot of respect. 3. Room to grow! The company is rapidly growing and in a great position. For those that want a career, you will be in a great position!

Cons

1. Several employees enjoy eating out and sometimes makes it difficult to join them due to the high costs.

Thank you for the great review. That's a great about scheduling in-office lunches. Sorry if you have felt excluded!
