Pros

TherapyNotes is honestly one of the best companies to work for! Everyone is so friendly and helpful - I felt welcomed from day one. Work/Life balance is great, average 8.5 hour work days. Many company outings, happy hours, catered lunches, lots of snacks and the new building is great as it will have great amenities once it is finished (Game room, large cafeteria, etc). The customers are very nice to engage with and working here really does not seem like work when it is this fun!

Cons

You are sitting at your desk on the computer the majority of the day, but utilizing the standing desks helps alleviate that.

Pros

Company has a very relaxed yet professional culture here making it very comfortable to fit in. The work is constant and some days becomes chaotic, but I am learning new things everyday as each comes with new opportunities to grow and learn. The other employees welcomed me from day one and treated me with respect, and in fact seemed eager to see what I could do to help. We collaborate very well together although there is still some healthy arguments here and there until we can figure out a solution.

Cons

We have the typical small business growing pains as we learn to be come more mature and enterprise like. This growth requires changes to structure and processes that some of the more veteran employees are resistant to making at first. Eventually they understand why things need to be changed and can let go of some of those things they held so tightly before.

Pros

Most non-leadership people are qualified and good to work with.

Cons

The leadership is the worst I have ever encountered. Unprofessional, lack of communication abounds, out of touch with their employees, change for the sake of change, unqualified individuals seem to move up in the company.
