Work isn't 'supposed' to be this much fun

Pros

This is the place for you if you were the student in college who completed group projects on your own because your teammates never did any work. Never have I ever met a group of people like this one that brings out the best in each other and in which everyone works so hard that it makes you question why you even doubted yourself in the first place. The work-life balance is great. The team is a blast to work with. Good benefits, frequent happy hours at nearby locations, catered lunch on employee birthdays, and more!

Cons

This is not the place for you if you're not team-oriented.

Great Place to be a Developer

Pros

Fun, casual, collaborative work environment. It's a small company so everyone knows each other and gets along. The members of the dev team work very close together. Everyone on the team is smart and passionate and wants to help the product and the company grow. Our owner is a former developer who "get's it". There's a great work/life balance and a family atmosphere, including regular happy hours, company-paid lunches, etc.

Cons

The only con right now is we're growing so fast we're running out of space!

Pros

Company has a very relaxed yet professional culture here making it very comfortable to fit in. The work is constant and some days becomes chaotic, but I am learning new things everyday as each comes with new opportunities to grow and learn. The other employees welcomed me from day one and treated me with respect, and in fact seemed eager to see what I could do to help. We collaborate very well together although there is still some healthy arguments here and there until we can figure out a solution.

Cons

We have the typical small business growing pains as we learn to be come more mature and enterprise like. This growth requires changes to structure and processes that some of the more veteran employees are resistant to making at first. Eventually they understand why things need to be changed and can let go of some of those things they held so tightly before.
