Pros

The company has recently moved locations in the same zip code and it seems like a lot of the company's issues were left there including the aforementioned revolving door. Pliner Solutions' flagship product TherapyNotes has matured in the past few years and now the company has a true start-up feel to it. Great benefits, flexible hours, no set dress code, expressive environment, great co-workers, and competitive pay all make coming to work easy.

Cons

Parking situation is occasionally competitive with next-door Bayada nurse-staffing. Car practically required to get to work. The location is close to a busy intersection which is fed directly from a PA turnpike exit that can affect commuters. Small company mentality and informality may not be for everyone.

Thanks for the review. We may be a small company, but not for long! Regarding transportation, to those who are reading the train station is about a 15 minute walk from the office, and we will be happy to pick up commuters! We'll make sure this is communicated to the team.

Pros

tiny company, co-workers are ok, hire recent college grads, not completely overwhelming workload

Cons

the company is extremely limited, lack of focus, lack of customer base, don't have any type of vision of where the company wants to go, things seem to just flop this way and that way with no solid guideline on how to deal with things in a systematic fashion, knowledge base seems to be limited to just microsoft and even at times that knowledge seems questionable, equipment is barebones and simplistic with an extremely cheap environment, better off working out of your bedroom. pay, benefits and bonuses are a joke. i really don't see this company going on for much longer, it's a dead duck. projects are rarely completed on time and clients are constantly getting pushed to the back burner while the employees would try to play catch up.

This is an old review from 2010 and was written regarding Pliner Solutions, our former business. It doesn't at all apply to our business. We are not a tiny company and we certainly don't lack customers.

Pros

They hire recent grads and college students, some employees were decent people. There are a good amount of yuppie lunch places nearby.

Cons

No raises, yearly bonus was a joke. Facilities are a joke. Employer does not care about the comfort of employees. No version control for the software - not even 1 of the many great, free options. Employee workstations are a joke. The company is still run like it's a one man operation.

This is an old review from 2010 and was written regarding Pliner Solutions, our former business. It doesn't at all apply to our business. We've moved offices twice since then, and we are in a much larger office with awesome facilities. We used to use SVN and now we use Git. Our company is over 60 employees, including a development team of over 20. As far as being "cheap" that is absolutely not the case - we make sure everyone has the tools they need and everyone is comfortable in their work environment.
