Pros

We work diligently to craft and support amazing software. With a growing capacity and an evolving feedback loop, I’ve never felt more confident in our ability to adapt to healthcare’s demanding information technology requirements. It's an exciting mission that we work toward as an increasingly agile and well-equipped team. Prospects aside, it’s the culture that truly makes this a rewarding place to work. I can’t thank my mentors, peers, and other coworkers enough for enriching my life, education, and work experience for over five years. Leadership in the company is strong and employees are treated well, including competitive compensation, work-life balance, and career development opportunities.

Cons

Things have only really ever improved since I started working here, allowing for the unavoidable challenges of a growing company. When something isn’t working or has room for improvement, there is always movement towards a solution.

Work isn't 'supposed' to be this much fun

Pros

This is the place for you if you were the student in college who completed group projects on your own because your teammates never did any work. Never have I ever met a group of people like this one that brings out the best in each other and in which everyone works so hard that it makes you question why you even doubted yourself in the first place. The work-life balance is great. The team is a blast to work with. Good benefits, frequent happy hours at nearby locations, catered lunch on employee birthdays, and more!

Cons

This is not the place for you if you're not team-oriented.

The team size grows every year, and grew by 50% in the past year. Any suggestions how we can grow faster would be welcome.
