Pros

Free soda in the cafeteria

Cons

Will fire you and not tell you why. Has people training you that don't know what they are doing but you get the hook for it. Got nothing but praise and then got a schedule to go off of training - fired the next day because the job "wasn't for me".

We certainly don’t fire people without cause. We are working hard to grow our team. It is hard to find people right now. Terminations are very carefully considered and avoided whenever possible.

Pros

Upper MGMT was great, good PTO and hours. Pay was good.

Cons

Mid level supervision was not happy about helping with questions. Impatient and condescending. Many things were not part of training, supervisors were not willing to help.

Pros

tiny company, co-workers are ok, hire recent college grads, not completely overwhelming workload

Cons

the company is extremely limited, lack of focus, lack of customer base, don't have any type of vision of where the company wants to go, things seem to just flop this way and that way with no solid guideline on how to deal with things in a systematic fashion, knowledge base seems to be limited to just microsoft and even at times that knowledge seems questionable, equipment is barebones and simplistic with an extremely cheap environment, better off working out of your bedroom. pay, benefits and bonuses are a joke. i really don't see this company going on for much longer, it's a dead duck. projects are rarely completed on time and clients are constantly getting pushed to the back burner while the employees would try to play catch up.

This is an old review from 2010 and was written regarding Pliner Solutions, our former business. It doesn't at all apply to our business. We are not a tiny company and we certainly don't lack customers.
