Wonderful program aimed towards serving underserved youths and families. Competitive salaries, great benefits, lots of opportunity for supervision and career opportunities.

Cons

This job requires a great deal of organization and works with challenging clients.

Incredibly meaningful work, great connections with residents (even though the residents need you to have STRONG boundaries, the connections are great once they get that and respect you)

Cons

everything about management and the owners, staff meetings are used to pick on one person and berate them and blame them for all house problems, abusive management
