Pros

Supportive coworkers and friendly faces made the day-to-day more bearable.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected and unapproachable, often driven more by ego than by collaboration. Management tends to be reactive instead of strategic, which creates constant fire drills and unnecessary stress rather than long-term solutions. The overall culture is toxic, dominated by fear, favoritism, and micromanagement. Compensation is not competitive and does not reflect the heavy workload or long hours expected from employees. Input from staff is routinely dismissed, and any feedback that challenges leadership is often seen as disloyal. Turnover is consistently high, yet it’s brushed off as people “not being a good fit” rather than leadership acknowledging the systemic issues driving employees away. Opportunities for growth are minimal unless you happen to be part of leadership’s inner circle.

Upward Growth

Pros

The company has ample opportunity to expand it's business which has translated into many employees growing in their roles and regular promotions that match the growth. The company provides a very competitive paid time off structure which includes PTO, Sick, Summer Fridays, potential closure for Christmas Week, additional earned holidays. The time off policies are generous. The teams are very supportive of each other, majority of the teams work very well cross-functionally, all working towards goals. Company culture and hiring is centered around people that have a focus on fitness and wellness. You can workout during your work day, gym in the office, some on site work out classes, free athleisure wear, the products are great!

Cons

The company is growing and priorities can change quickly, Decisions are made fast (not necessarily a bad thing), but it can be a challenge to keep up. The tariff issues in recent months had a negative effect on the company and everyone is feeling the pressure.

Pros

Some genuinely kind coworkers made the day to day more bearable. Hybrid workplace

Cons

* Pay levels are below typical industry benchmarks, especially in relation to the workload and performance expectations. * Workplace culture is top-down, with limited opportunities for employees to provide feedback that influences decision-making. * Operational decisions often prioritize directives from upper leadership over day-to-day employee needs. * Travel budgets are so limited that employees may be required to share hotel rooms during work trips, while exceptions are made at higher levels. * Employee relations processes appear structured to reduce organizational liability rather than to proactively address concerns or improve the work environment. * Staff turnover is high, and employee input is not consistently incorporated into planning or workflow improvements.
