I am so happy to have the support of an employer to be flexible and find the work/life balance that I strive for. I decide my own hours, work from home and connect with the whole company (face to face) twice a year. I feel supported to be my best and the company culture is excellent. I enjoy my job am encouraged to seek out professional development tools to grow in my position. I feel there is room for growth within the company and it's an exciting and fulfilling company to be a part of.

Cons

I guess some people could feel isolated when working from home all the time.

We're doing work that matters in the world. Our products and services have a significant strategic impact in our customer's world. Nothing beats that feeling of knowing that your efforts have made a difference in the lives of hundreds or thousands of people. Te has created an incredible culture where great people are able to show up fully and do great work. Everyone in the company is responsible and accountable for upholding that culture. Easy commute! We have the flexibility to work from home and to live in areas of the province that fit your lifestyle and budget.

Cons

Working with a distributed team means we have less time together in person. But I think that makes us appreciate each other and our time together more when we do get together.

Cons

Leadership, product is terrible, Layoffs, Lack of Coordination. If you respect your career and want any semblance of stability and growth, don't work here.
