Fast changing environment, they can lay you off with no notice. Very basic onboarding package-

Pros

- Trust from the company day 1 to manage your day, take a vacation when you see fit, work the hours that work for you, etc - We're in a really exciting phase of scaling and there are lots of opportunities to make an impact - Work with an incredibly smart and passionate group of humans who really love what they do - Our product continues to have lots of potential in the market - Great total rewards plan now that the team has made many new updates in 2021
