Incredible company. I can't say enough about the people here, the support you receive, the opportunity you have to make meaningful contributions, the freedom you're provided to work when you're most effective, the trust the company has you in from the start to do the right thing, and the over-arching culture of the company.

Cons

You are responsible for your success. There is definitely an expectation to own your performance, which feels stressful at times.

- Incredible leadership team that is honest, open and radically transparent - We're making a difference for 100s of customers and they love us! - If you're going to be impacted by a new decision or change at the company, you come to agreement as a team (no matter how big or small) in making the decision (refreshing right?) - You're working with talented individuals with very diverse backgrounds and skills - The company truly values work/life balance - and skiing is baked into its core - Flexible work hours. They respect & trust that you'll do the right thing and get your job done. - We use product internally a lot and it's so impactful

Cons

Like many companies with lots of remote workers, it can be challenging not getting that face-to-face time to collaborate. But the company does a wonderful job gathering everyone together twice a year for a full week each time in some fun locations!
