Pros

Great company culture, lots of cross team collaboration, C-level super approachable and employees trusted to do their best work in a flexible way. It's a great place to work, I feel like I'm compensated fairly and there is a lot of room for personal growth.

Cons

Start up environment, lots of change, quick pace, results driven... I personally like it but I can see how it could be a con for some.

Pros

Work with inspirational humans at all levels and on all teams The flexibility to achieve a work-life harmony that works for me Growth opportunities A product and company that truly strive to make the world a better place The perfect blend of genius brains and big wide open hearts

Cons

All of the typical challenges that come with computer based work and remote work. Communications, sparse face to face opportunities etc. But I feel like a lot of thoughts are put in addressing this and finding creative ways to bridge the gaps.

Pros

First and foremost, I work with the smartest and coolest people I've ever met. That's across the company, from leadership to my team and to our part-time contractors: genuinely superb folks, across the board. Secondly, we collectively make a product we are proud of and that has a profound impact. I'm honoured to be part of a company that has helped leaders make real change for hundreds of thousands of students and stakeholders. Finally, the flexibility is key. I work remotely with the option to go into a bricks-and-mortar office. We are all encouraged to balance work time with our personal lives, so for example I can start early to make afternoon daycare pickup possible.

Cons

We are all so committed to the company and our mission that we can be in danger of burnout. It's something we are increasingly mindful of and are starting to proactively support each other on.
