Pros

Working from home and setting my own schedule allows me to walk my kids to school, and be here when they get home. Getting away on business travel every now and again keeps me on my toes and helps me remember to cherish my time at home. Extraordinary respect for people is fundamental in all that we do. It comes from the top and grows as it flows.

Cons

You have to get good at ruthless prioritization.

Pros

The leadership at Thoughtexchange empowers you to be the best you can be by giving you the opportunities to take risks without having to worry about failing. The family-like atmosphere builds huge trust between colleagues. Plus, it's nice to be able to work from home.

Cons

This is not the place to work if you like comfort. Things are always changing and everyone is working very hard towards a goal. People who last are people who love the work, love the culture, and aren't scared of hard work.
