A company with no leadership nor sense of direction! The internal culture is the ultimate in hypocrisy. The recruiting experience, and claims made to new employees, are completely opposite from reality. Within the first several days of onboarding, clear there is no strategy across business segments. The amount of change/turnover couched in startup vernacular (i.e. not for faint of heart, pull up bootstraps, moving fast, rapid growth/need to pivot), while reality is knee-jerk decisions by select group of leaders managing up, a group very much out of touch with growth/scale of a tech co. Co hired too many/too fast in last 12-18 months, gave absolutely zero support, with a product that is avg at best, and not SaaS, despite claim. Company being built off of rolodex, with micromanagement and underlings at every turn. Clear need to evangelize and educate market, with no understanding of how at Exec Level (Sales, Marketing, CS, Product). Result is distrust, discord, and disillusionment across the business. Irony is the amount of stress and burnout internally when co touts expertise on how to reduce and eliminate for customers. Recent layoffs (several) positioned as performance related across Product, Sales, and CS, when reality is lack of focus, clarity on objectives, and alignment translates into cost-cutting decisions with no accountability from Leadership. Leaders use "Board decisions" to rationalize and push accountability down. Truly a toxic place to work! Recent Sales Leader more sales trainer (not a good one)!
