Pros

Worked here less than a year. I was sold just on the mission itself and the Owners brilliance of this company mission. The human resource recruiter is great, positive attitudes, food catered daily and beautiful environment to work in.

Cons

Did not feel like a family/team environment, started to feel to corporate, felt a little segregated, and some dept head ego. They watch you like a hawk and keep track of how many times you get up to use restrooms, to get water etc. Yet they claim not to micro manage you. Felt too much like a prison rather than a team pulling together to make the department more than what it was. The problem is there was not enough meetings to discuss the objectives and how to over come them. There was not enough team effort to allow for ways to expand the membership department to be its most successful. We did not see the owner's come up rarely to drop in just to sort of stay connected to us. We are the ones to keep the members from cancelling by the way.

Pros

Read the title. Avoid desperately at all costs. Was in ms dept. was fired although a top ten retainer. in an otherwise impossible mission. This company might be the devil in disguise. More over personality than actual skills. Might as well just close the doors when you consider they needed more people like me to keep the doors open and instead kept people who couldn't keep up with writing fake reviews of their products. People -200 reviews, but people that can keep customers are out the door. Will close over own stupidity. Do not believe positive reviews. They come from the upper eschalante and not from the real workers. Had heard of employees being paid to not sue and now going to sue myself.

Cons

Everything. Quite literally. They even took the kitchen away I heard.

Pros

-thrive market gives a lot of free snacks

Cons

-mgmt is completely unflexible with schedule adjustments or requesting days off (i tried changing my schedule to come in an hour earlier so i can take college evening courses and was denied) -rigorous point system implemented by mgmt to keep track of any time off requested and disciplines you severely even if you're trying to use accrued sick/holiday time -mgmt initiated "black out dates" in which if you need to take time off on those days you are issued twice as many points in the above mentioned point system -mgmt is unwilling or unable to address fundamental issues with their system/protocols -aggressive marketing campaign misleads many potential consumers into paid membership subscriptions which MS Dept is expected to retain -there are many bugs in the computer system that go unfixed, mgmt isn't even able to affectively communicate what these bugs are to their employees, how to identify the issue or help customers fix it -MS Dept is treated as second-class employees -upward mobility does happen, but not often and many talented employees are overlooked -employees who identify issues with the system and try to share their observations with mgmt in a genuine attempt to improve the company are overlooked and even disliked by mgmt -favoritism!
