Living the Mission

Pros

I really enjoy working at a company that is mission-driven and lives its mission. The mission at Thrive Market -- to make healthy and sustainable living easy and affordable for everyone-- is not only for the company's members (customers). It is also for us as employees ( "Thrivers" as we call ourselves). The company focuses on four pillars of well-being for all Thrivers. The pillars are nutrition, movement, sleep and emotional and mental well-being and Thrive Market provides education, programs and benefits that align with these pillars to make them more accessible to us as employees.

Cons

I wish we had more in-person opportunities.
