      The company is truly mission-driven, which gives purpose to the work and helps align teams around a common goal. There are many smart, motivated people who are data-driven and eager to make an impact. The culture is low on politics—people are focused on solving problems, not playing games.

      Like any growing company, there can are ambiguity in roles or shifting priorities.

      Thrive has incredible, empathetic, and whip-smart leadership—especially in the Marketing department, led by an exceptional leader. Senior leaders here have the rare ability to hold the long-term vision while staying focused on what needs to happen in the short term—and just as importantly, what needs to be let go (not always, but most of the time!). There’s also a thoughtful approach to remote work: the company offers flexibility day-to-day, balanced by intentional in-person connection points each quarter that foster real collaboration and culture. Finally, there’s a genuine willingness from senior leadership to listen, learn, and adapt—a quality that makes this a dynamic and growth-minded place to work.

      Cons

      We’re hiring from some of the smartest and most respected places in tech and retail, which is incredible. But sometimes there's a quiet risk in over-indexing on pedigree. Thrive’s magic has seemingly been about Thinking Big and scrappiness—being told no, doing more with less, and turning underdog grit into extraordinary results. I hope we continue to value not just where someone comes from, but what they build when they get here.
