Pros

Thrive Market is a fast paced results oriented business where your efforts and accomplishments are rewarded with appreciation and recognition. The people you work with are intelligent, caring, and stand by the mission to make healthy living accessible to everyone. The best part of being in the company is identifying our weaknesses that are quickly followed with solutions, and continuing to build on our strengths. Last year, we contributed to the support for natural disasters in the US, and have continued to make strides in addressing negative environmental impact! There's also a running bracket for ping pong, and PUPPIES in the office!

Cons

The company is growing both in numbers and maturity, and change can be challenging to experience. Some can quickly accept and move on with the change, and some struggle more substantially. Benefits are not as great as the bigger companies, but the HR team has improved them year on year.
