Pros

The staff. Friendly, young, easy to relate to. Free lunch and snacks - all healthy stuff.

Cons

Repetitive. Micro management to the 10th power. Management literally harasses you about being available on the phones. The phones (in retention) suck! The callers are upset and rude because they got "sucked in" to paying a fee of $59.95 when they though they were just getting free coconut oil. Totally the customer's fault but imagine taking those calls all day.... No consecutive days off. We were definitely sucked in with overtime, raffles for gift cards and the beautiful Marina Del Rey office but once the location changed to LAX no more raffles, no more beautiful office and people were treated like they should be grateful.
