Mass exodus! Company is unable to stop the brain drain

I have met talented and intelligent individuals here. Unfortunately, most of them have left. Those that remain are already planning to leave.

Cons

Good people started leaving, a mass exodus of good talent. These are not just low-level employees, I'm talking about senior-level employees including the CFO. The company is in free-fall. It didn't used to be this way. This company had promise. It was chaotic before but still fun. This past year just magnified how incompetent the executives are. It's only been made worse by recent hires that they have placed in critical positions. All of them combined are unable to scale the business up.

Flexible, Fun culture! Delicious catered lunch everyday with loads of healthy food for snacks. People are friendly and energetic and super smart.

Cons

Divisions can be a bit in silo's but they are working on that.
