Pros

My team, company mission, beautiful offices, and free food. All the great buzz surrounding the company, and the genuine excitement around communities impacted by the work being done here.

Cons

The toxic and unethical practices present at every level of the organization. Read the positive reviews with a grain of salt. Employees are coerced to leave positive reviews when the ratings on here drop. Compensation & raises are dependent on how well liked you are. SEXISM. NEPOTISM. You can have thoughts and ideas, but they can't conflict with those of upper management(especially if you're a woman). Personal relationships being leveraged by people to get their way. Claims to support work life balance by having a flexible work schedule and unlimited vacation...that's on paper. People will drag themselves in sick and never take any vacations because that's the culture the company has created. Very disappointing given the potential this company had.

False facade of caring

Pros

People who work at TM are very passionate about the company and care about changing the food system for the better. People genuinely love their job and care about the impact that TM is having on it's customer.

Cons

Because it's a start up environment, you have to be adaptable with the growth of the company. The work environment is extremely depressing and filled with numerous inexperienced leadership. People are having breakdowns over abuse regularly, but the company treated them as "cry babies". They have no respect for the employee or care about retaining caring, talented people. This company has a false facade of caring.

Pros

- Office: gym, relaxation room, large kitchen, great location, easy parking - Food provided: catered lunches, snacks always available, kombucha on tap Thursdays - Casual office: jeans, tennis shoes, even athleisure - no problem! - Great mission: organic living + giving back - The people: great, passionate, talented individuals

Cons

- Fast growth: contributes to quick hiring/onboarding and some needed organization - Startup: it's not a 9-5 job, it's a startup... - Young company = young and sometimes inexperienced leadership
