Pros

Work life balance, decent paid time off, mostly positive culture

Cons

Medical insurance is lacking. Need wider benefits. Promise no raise in benefit; however, what’s cover keeps decreasing.

Pros

Leadership is investing in the sales process

Cons

Focusing only on data points with little to no consideration for realities of the true process and client interactions will ultimately result in an exit seasoned sellers while lesser experienced sellers will remain. This is a common industry mistake particularly when senior sales leadership lacks quota sellering experience. Leadership has also shown an inadility to alter strategy based on results of initial plan. Day one plan is the same as day 365 regardless of effectiveness.
