Hybrid work environment since pandemic

Cons

cost of living raises less than half of inflation before pandemic even hit extreme pay disparity among employees career days consist of being told no one is getting raises all employee calls talk about how good company is doing they now want us to come back to the office and share desks

Decent commute from my home to the office.

Cons

Many days it felt like I was back in junior high school, i.e. the same mean-spirited nastiness, indirect aggression and power play tactics, competition for senior leadership's attention/approval.

Easy job, bad pay and no benefits

Super easy job, co-workers are usually good.

Cons

Burn out due to lack of pay, Tierpoint thinks 3% raise every year is sufficient, bad managers, worse CEO. They will send a company wide email once every 1/4 about how much money the company makes, I've sent multiple emails after this email comes out about raises, and nothing comes of it. This company DOES NOT value you.
