It was nice to work here for nearly three years. Nice facilities with free coffee.

Cons

onsite staff needs to be more aware of the dangers of leaving their computers unlocked while away from their desk.

Pros

Awesome variety of experiences within the industry. Every day is different. Autonomy. Management mostly has faith and trust in our ability to do the right things. Ability to take ownership of the work. Opportunities to learn new things and add to knowledge base.

Cons

Pay could always be better. Processes, or people’s inability to follow them can be extremely frustrating. Shorthanded teams are common.
