Pros

I have worked for TCCA for over 20 years and couldn't be more proud to be a part of this farmer owned cooperative and Amazing brand! I have seen a lot of growth and change and with that comes some growing pains but I work with amazing smart people every day that also love this brand and care about the work we do. Our CEO Patrick Criteser truly cares about the the farmer owners and the employees and has built a culture of One Team.

Cons

With growth can come constant change , but that is also what keeps it interesting.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We’ve been making Tillamook Cheese at our Boardman, Oregon manufacturing plant for nearly 20 years to help meet growing consumer demand for Tillamook products, and we are proud of our long-standing relationship with the dairy at Threemile Canyon Farms in Boardman that helps supply milk to our plant there. In fact, an independent and rigorous audit conducted recently at the dairy at Threemile Canyon Farms by the nationally recognized Validus Dairy Animal Welfare Expert Committee resulted in the first-ever 100% score for a dairy operation, which validates the daily commitment the farm makes to keep their cows healthful and comfortable. We believe that healthful cows produce the highest-quality milk, which in turn helps us produce the high-quality Tillamook dairy products that our fans have come to love. I hope this information was helpful. Thanks again for taking the time to contact us.
