Pros

Great environment. Upper management cares about how you do your job and how it affects the company. Your ideas are always heard and sometimes considered. When you do your job well, it's recognized, even if only by a simple thank you from a superior.

Cons

It's a big company in a small town, so there's competition for every job except seasonal during the summer. Because a lot of young people work there during the summer, it can be difficult to maintain a certain level of maturity within the workplace, which can be problematic for everyone around.
