I have learned so many things in here at Tilson and still learning new things every single day. Everyone (drafting team) is always sharing new ideas and collaborating with each other. The group of people I work with are absolutely amazing. Facilities and technology we have used for routine work are top notch.

Cons

To many responsibilities and no pay raise! Extreme level of Micromanagement! Unclear responsibilities. Not keeping the promises. Discrimination between drafters and every other department. Importance given to other departments if drafters are seeking help. Treated like high school & college students.
