Feel free to ping me if you have concerns about compensation or fit in your position, if you don't have good communication established with your direct supervisor (although I'd encourage that open communication first). Empirically, we know were we are with salary competitiveness, but if your role feels like not your full potential (or financial), we want to know about it! Fit matters a lot, and we don't want folks in a place where they feel like they don't have upward mobility. We may or may not be able to help meet that goal, but if we can't, better to have that out in the open and deal with it.
