A communications company that does communicate. Cross department communication and cooperation some of the best I have every seen. Everyone willing to pickup the ball and run with it. Very rewarding to never hear "not my job". Flexible management always looking for the correct fit for each employee and encourages to promote from within. Safety and training are priority 1!

Cons

With growth comes more policies and procedures which at times can slow the train.

The Tilson team is comprised of some of the smartest and most motivated individuals across the country. The enthusiasm for innovation, ingenuity, and hard work starts with the CEO, and carries through to even the newest employees on the team. The most exciting thing about working at Tilson is that we never say “no” to a challenge, and we are always willing to take on new and different projects and drive them to a successful completion. This can-do attitude has led to successful growth year over year, allowing the company to take on larger projects in major markets from coast to coast. The company works hard to take care of its employees, focusing on safety above all else, employee wellness, and employee development.

Thrive on independent, responsible employees that back each other up. CEO that supports and knows each person individually. Team atmosphere that is not competitive and allows the employee to choose their role.
