When I took a job at Tilson 3 years ago I had no idea what an amazing company I was joining. The CEO is incredible, smartest person I have ever met and he truly cares for employees. The same goes for the management team he has set in place. Agile, competitive pay and promotions are common. If you want to do good work you will be rewarded!

None - the company will continue to evolve

Pros

-challenging and exciting projects with the ability to work in different departments -high caliber of smart and driven coworkers -ability to take on and learn more than just what your title says. Tilson gives you exposure to complex business problems and the hands on learning that other companies don't at lower levels. -the feeling of working as a team to grow a bigger and better Tilson together -very fast paced and you can feel the energy!

Cons

-processes sometimes lag behind the growth and can be challenging tactically. -project based work means constantly changing teams and project type. Can be challenging but is also a big Pro for those who thrive in a fast paced environment.

Pros

I have worked for Tilson for several years and they are a great company to work for. They offer: Flexibility Super smart people Interesting and variable projects Offices across the country Lots of growth and promotion opportunities Great benefits

Cons

The company is growing fast so sometimes it is hard to keep track of all the new faces when I come into the office. This can be a bit hard for an introvert like me. However, I also have had the pleasure of working with the same 6-10 people internally since I started which is actually a pretty impressive tenure for a company growing as fast as Tilson.
