Too much drama

Pros

Flexibility, Friendship with co workers, Regional manager was decent

Cons

Pay is terrible. There is so much drama between the properties trying to beat each other with who’s doing better. Management belittles you and if you speak out about it you are punished by being pushed out of your job.

Pros

Decent Pay 5 word min..but I cant think of anything else good!

Cons

Large job turnover. They tell you in the interview that they do things right (no bandaids) but i have not seen that since i have been there. They do have a good training program but when it comes time to apply what you are supposed to do they will get "wormy" for their own interest and bottom line ,..not for the resident at all. You can never complete a make ready. they will have you go in and out of one unit 10 times in 3 days! Like that is not going to be hard on a guy! and one day they want an apartment turned one way the next something different. you never know what to expect.
