Pros

Good mission, plenty of great and smart people.

Cons

Management does not actually care about its employees and will fire them when convenient. Toxically focus on self-promotion and boasting a "family-like" workplace. Create a façade to make it seem like the culture is great when in fact it is not - HR department is nonexistent. Company is a revolving door because they do not actually care about growing or retaining their employees.

We value each and every one of our employees at TimelyCare and our People and Culture department asks our team members regularly for input so we can remain an employer of choice. We also work hard to provide a positive workplace culture that embraces diversity, inclusivity, and belonging, so we can deliver our very best to employees, patients, and clients while achieving our mission to improve student health and well-being.
