Pros

Truly none that are worth staying for.

Cons

If you value your sanity, self-worth, or work-life balance, this ain’t it. Save yourself the therapy bills and keep scrolling.

Focused on the Short Term

Business Outlook

Pros

Intelligent and passionate people focused on real needs. Easy mission to get behind.

Cons

Pay is lower than market for most positions. Leadership is focused on short term revenue goals to the detriment of long term strategy. If something takes longer than a quarter to do, they lose interest or think its too much work. Constantly chasing the lowest hanging fruit but not considering the long term implications of those decisions. Also, they are weirdly hung up on being a "video on" company, even in huge company meetings that largely do not apply to the vast majority of participants.

Our Leadership team values the contributions of our employees and remains dedicated to our vision for long-term company growth. As a remote-first team, we encourage keeping cameras on during virtual meetings to enhance engagement and strengthen relationships with our peers across the U.S. While we do like to see smiling faces in the zoom room, we realize there are times when someone needs to have their video off - and we support that. We strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance to prevent burnout and actively seek feedback from our team members on how we can continue to improve. We wish you the best in your career at TimelyCare and we are sorry that your experience working here does not meet your expectations.
