Pros

A student service with so much potential

Working in this company feels like navigating a minefield. The workplace environment is highly toxic, characterized by backstabbing and a pervasive lack of trust among employees. Senior leaders, despite securing Series B funding, exhibit a troubling lack of market experience, which exacerbates the dysfunction. Their inability to steer the company effectively is evident in the high turnover of salespeople and the heavy-handed way they offload responsibilities onto mid-level managers. These managers are left to handle the fallout, often dealing with unrealistic expectations and little support. This environment not only undermines morale but also hinders productivity, making it a challenging and frustrating place to work.

None that I can think of

Cons

Micro-managing tele-health platform for primarily college students, I found quite often customer service agents fielding calls from students and healthcare providers are far too often feeding and tending to their children, or at social events and/or multitasking their shopping and persoanl chores while navigating tele-health calls. This is not a professional hippa compliant platform. The CEO puts the needs of CSR above the students they serve and professional healthcare providers.

Cons

Product/market fit isn't right and sales pays price (product is overpriced - only 30% of reps making quota). LOTS of favoritism in sales team - uneven territories
