Pros

Work life balance, salary, culture, cross-collaboration, mental health days, flexible schedule

Cons

Before being laid off I would have 0 cons, however, the process of being laid off was TRAUMATIZING. Went into a meeting with HR (which was roughly 10 minutes), and 2 minutes after, was LOCKED out of my computer. No notice. Nothing. I loved this company with all of my heart, but for a mental health company, this was extremely dissapointing.

Reluctant, but something needs to be said

Pros

Therapy can genuinely help people, and some people at the company care about helping people.

Cons

This company is held back by its leadership. Full stop. Toxic positivity runs rampant, and those who do not cheerlead for the CEO are viewed with suspicion, then contempt, and then outright threatening behavior. I will not rehash it here, buy you can read other reviews about the type of threats, both public and private, that I am referring to. I have yet to read a negative review on this company that I did not also witness first hand. I am not a negative person, and I did not leave under bad terms, but anger toward this company and the way its employees are treated has stayed with since I have been gone.
