Pros

Fully remote and flexible. Good mission.

Cons

People are great, leadership is terrible and fake. Layoffs are constant, culture is depressing, the only focus is on sales and financial growth.

Stability matters, and we recognize that periods of growth and change can feel uncertain. As we continue to scale, we are focused on building a sustainable organization balancing our mission, performance, and responsible growth. While 87% of our team members would refer a family or friend to work for TimelyCare, experiences can vary across teams. We remain committed to strengthening leadership effectiveness, and communication, so our people feel supported, valued and are set up to succeed in a flexible, mission-driven environment.

Pros

If you’re looking at TimelyCare as a potential employer, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and run far, far away.

Cons

They treat their employees like petulant children. Worst company I’ve ever worked for.

This characterization does not reflect the standards we set for how our teams are led or supported. We operate with clear expectations and accountability, particularly in sales roles focused on driving high performance and growth, and we recognize that this environment is not the right fit for everyone. We remain focused on strengthening leadership, coaching, and team development to ensure our people are set up to succeed.

Lack of structure is frustrating

Pros

I can't think of any. Pretty much everything about this company is terrible.

Cons

My biggest problem with TimelyCare was its lack of structure. Roles are undefined, expectations are vague, communication is awful, and management didn't know how to lead employees. I couldn't handle working in such a frustrating work environment, so I left.

Clear roles, expectations, and communication are critical, and we continue to prioritize strengthening each as we grow. In a fast-moving organization, structure evolves alongside scale, and that environment can feel different from longer tenured or highly rigid companies. We’ve made continued investments in operating clarity, ownership, and leadership development to better support our teams. Our focus is on building a structure that enables accountability, alignment, and meaningful impact.
