Thank you for providing feedback on your experience and your perspective! At TimelyMD we continue to emphasize growth and efficiencies while focusing on providing better, more efficient care for our students. This year we have been able to increase the size of our Care Coordination Team, so as we have requests and referrals come into Support, we now have team members experienced in Case Management who are able to provide true white glove service to our members and students to guide them to the care they need. We are growing rapidly, and it has been great to see that even as we add more team members here at TimelyMD, we continue to hold onto (and strengthen) the culture that is so special and important to who we are and what we do! As we wrap up 2022 and head into 2023, we will continue to focus our hiring efforts and ensure we are prioritizing team growth for each department.
