Pros

Great company (leadership/product are top tier), fun/hardworking colleagues, growing really fast with lots of opportunities and awesome culture! Transparency and integrity taken very seriously. Leadership is some of the best I’ve encountered and they do a really good job recognizing everyone’s work without being cheesy about it. For sales: Solid sales model/process-hard work leads to success. Competitive without being cutthroat. CRO is involved, accessible and pushes the team constructively.

Cons

The office isn’t near public transit so kind of a pain commuting if you don’t live nearby and have a car. Definitely not cons for me but: 1. If you aren’t prepared to give max effort, this is not the place for you. 2. Not in small startup mode-growing really fast and you won’t know everyone in the office.

* Great proven product, low customer churn * The organization is relatively open-minded. All developers are encouraged to drive the technology forward * Working on new features and technologies, not much maintenance * Relatively small team, everybody has a high impact * Amazing people

* Some of the product team are in the US, which makes communication a little more challenging
