      Pros

      -Great leadership across the board (CEO, CRO, CMO at least whom I know) -Fast-Paced and great chance of company succeeding in future -Intelligent coworkers -Driven Culture -Lots of Opportunity (in...or almost in that "sweet spot" you look for)

      Cons

      Not really a con, but an FYI.....the company culture is about working hard and getting stuff done. This is not a place where everyone leaves to go bowling at 3 PM on a Wednesday. If you are looking for a cushy inbound sales job where everything is done off RFP's, then yea this is definitely not the spot for you. But, if you're looking for a chance to grind for opportunity and upward mobility in 2018/2019, then it will probably be a good spot for you.

      Pros

      Such a great vibe everyday, you can tell everyone wants to be here and genuinely enjoys their work. Culture is really about getting s**** done and being focused on positive business results. Plus we're growing, and its exciting to see our new co-workers bring innovation and insight to the foundation we are building.

      Cons

      Not a con, but more of an awareness. As we grow and bring on new team members and customers, its important to not lose sight of what got us here. Stay agile, focused on results, and take care of the culture that continues to evolve as our business evolves. Should be alot of fun in the coming years!

      Pros

      Tipalti is a great company, they treat their employees really well. When I was there, Tipalti offered 3 lunches a week, it could've changed to everyday by now because that's how much the company cares about their employees. I would definitely recommend working there, lively environment as well!
