Pros

I enjoy the particular store I'm at and my direct management.

Cons

Gross lack of training and poor operating system create unnecessary errors for which the store is financially held liable, and so, too, negatively affects the bonus potential. No direct feedback on what corrections need to be made, just notification that we failed. Many stores are severely understaffed do to the low base pay and crippled bonuses.

Pros

The commission on labor is not to bad.

Cons

required to work over time every week or pay is crap. The hourly rate is very low and the compensation you get paid for labor doesn't compensate for working a normal 40 hour work week, therefore you have to count on overtime to make up a decent paycheck. You won't get to take a lunch break in most cases until 3-4 pm in the after noon. Basically when you are about to be ready to go home. All while the managers will make sure they eat and take a lunch even though all they do is stand around all day and not lift a finger to help. This is actually how they are trained from upper regional managers. They also get all the praise in the company even though they refuse to get in the trenches with their crew and get dirty when needed.
