Pros

You get paid weekly 2 dollar commission on sensors and tires that are new

Cons

The people are nice but if your master mechanic runs the shop then you won't be having any fun or be feeling useful cause they talk too much and think they can do your job better and still won't do it

Thank you for leaving your review. We always want our team to feel like a valued and important member of our TD family, and we're sorry to hear that you have not felt that in your experience. Worst company culture

Pros

The office space is cool looking

Cons

“Leadership” governs like a third world dictatorship. They treat employees like replaceable assets, expect you to make Tire Discounters your life’s priority for average to below average pay and are completely out of touch with reality. They think they are the worlds gift to the business world and that everyone should be so lucky to have the privilege of doing business with them. They treat outside vendors like complete garbage and expect vendors to give them things for free simply because “we are Tire Discounters”. They will place blame on everyone but themselves for anything that doesn’t go right. Worst company culture of anywhere that I have ever worked, which is hilarious considering that they are always referring to everyone as their “TD family”. They expect you to always be doing more with less and expect you to carry out ridiculous orders like a glorified “yes man”. If I could give zero stars I would.
