My guys in the shop had my back. Decent benefits for the crap you had to put up with.

Cons

Corporate don’t really care about you. Don’t pay managers nor techs enough. They don’t have your back. Long hours. Overworked managers. Limited the hours the techs can have, even when short staffed so managers would have to bust their baxk and not get compensated for it. Every single little thing would just get parts of your bonus that you earned taken away.

It’s very difficult to raise a happy, healthy family when you have to work 57 hours a week to make a decent living.

Pros

Great Coworkers, employee discounts. It is very fast paced and it makes the day go by very quickly. Most of the customers were very friendly.

Cons

Low hourly pay rate. Must work lots of overtime to make ends meet. Employee bonuses that are used as hiring bait can be (and will be) taken away for minor things, such as, the amount of google reviews you receive or the amount of customer email addresses you collect.
