Pros

Some decent people in company Discount is good Can have fun sometimes

Cons

Too many egos going around, it's all about who you know and everyone at the top makes sure you know they're at the top. They want you to call the office a "home" office but do nothing to make it feel like a home there, other than you'll be there more than you will your home. You can make good money for the cost of your free time. If you want to make a little more you can move up, but you'll definitely work even more. It's mostly all smoke in mirrors. If the company really listens it maybe could be fixed, but it's easy to see it's inexperience and young age as a company. Trying to grow too fast, no one hardly has any clue what's going on and the old stores get left behind to fend for themselves. They don't want you to steal from customers to make sales but push so hard, and you won't get paid, unless you practically do steal. Not hard to find something better, especially right now.

Pros

There are some nice people you will get to work with. It is interesting to learn about the tire business.

Cons

The work is disorganized there is no vision. The working culture is a toxic environment. No matter how hard you work or put in the time it is not rewarded or even noticed. The whole place is a revolving door of people. They do not care about the people they hire. During the several months of time working here I reported to 6 different people nearly a new one each month. Holidays are terrible, Healthcare, 401k options for administrative office is the same as stores and not competitive. They will use shady practices to let people go hiring you with one job description and letting you go for technology that was not even listed or that you were never asked to do.

Pros

employee discount, good people to work with

Cons

1. Pay - To really make money, give up any outside of work lifestyle. 2. Hours - Plan to work a lot. Minimum 10hours a day-14/15 hours a day. 3. Support - It is the worst time to be a manager, but dont expect help. Someone wants to quit for more money? let them quit. we'll find someone in 5 months. 4. Equipment - If it breaks they'll replace it. with a cheaper, lower quality after 3-4 months. Same thing in 6 months when that one breaks. 5. Bonus - If you have a bad month, don't plan on getting paid anything more than your salary. There seems to be a disconnect on what an incentive is. Work harder and make less. 6. Store support - Someone in an office will argue with you more often than to help you do what you need to do to get your job done, if anyone answers the phone. 7. They WILL find a way to charge you for something. Don't like it? Find a new job.
