- ability to be promoted if hit goals - usually takes longer than advertised - so many cool people to work with - company genuinely seems to care about restaurants and doing right by them

Cons

- long hours - working longer is more valued than working smarter - lack of diversity

Awesome culture, work was fun and enjoyable each and every day

Cons

Lots of restructuring, felt that I did not matter much to the org, quota's were very complex and hard to track, did not seem realistic. Your assigned territory decides your fate. Team kept hiring while reps were frustrated and having their territories shrunk.

be prepared to be underpaid and over worked. Senior management likes to use the term "we are a family" line a lot to the point of it feels like they're brainwashing people into working overtime for a job that treats them "like a family". There are a ton of people that drank the kool-aid and let this company run them into the ground. Some of their messaging around DEI is kind of tone deaf and doesn't feel sincere
