Great pay, great co workers and a company with great insurance and benefits packages if you survive the 90 day trial period.

Cons

Poor training , not a lot of direction from people in management positions. You find out what's going on when it's too late and by then you are handed a pink slip. No place for people with disabilities as you don't get accommodations from HR for breaks or equipment.

Pros

Interesting work, supportive managers, great work environment and camaraderie between co workers, flexibility, work location, competitive salary and bonuses. I have been here over five years, as have several of my coworkers, and the work environment and opportunities have only gotten better over time. While there is no formal work at home policy, working at home is permitted as long as it is not abused. The managers truly are looking out for their respective teams and are supportive and helpful if you are open to accepting their direction. it is unfortunate that former employees would choose to blame their own issues on managers or anyone else and their motivation is highly questionable in my opinion.

Technology is a bit outdated, travel sometimes required (but not very often)

There are none. Absolutely Terrible. Please search "NAS Insurance Services" and read all the details provided from each of the 1 star reviews. TMHCC acquired NAS a few years ago. The group oversees all the Cyber & Professional Lines of TMHCC. Worse group I ever worked for and it doesn't even come close.

Cons

If you are a slacker, a phony and deflector of honorary work and responsibility, you have found the right place. Otherwise look, or better yet, RUN away. This group within the company is beyond a joke. Integrity is absent. Managers lack knowledge of their own products, display no leadership and are not qualified to be in their positions. Leaders of the group lack education, therefore underwriting is not completed thoroughly by associates nor consistent. TOXIC personalities throughout the group ran by cliques. Poor quality underwriting is rewarded. Quality underwriters are scapegoats and receive cruel unethical treatment.
