Career is static and no room for improvement. Compensation does not reflect work. For IT professionals: there is a lot of 'politics' decision making.

Stable! work life balance may be.

Cons

Women do not advance in IT. There is no appreciation. Weak leadership. Short term thinking. Parent company enforces to be a good company but Senior Management doesn’t even treat women right or value the work they do. Training is a joke. Not all teams get it.

Poor pay (way below competitors) Not great medical STRESSED WORK ENVIRONMENT Poor life balance due to insane workload No room for growth (you have to stay in the same position or leave the company) Turnover is so high that they overwork employees that are there. Environment was so bad, it affected my mental health entirely. I felt stressed, unappreciated, overworked and management puts more and more work on you. I’ve never been in such a terrible work environment like that before. It was so bad, I quit without securing another job, in the middle of inflation. I just could not take it. If you care about your mental health, life outside of work, I suggest you not work here. There are far better insurance companies.
