Our pay plan and reimbursement policies are documented on our employee intranet and communicated at our sales schools with new employees as well as in our interviewing process. If there was a miscommunication in your experience, we would appreciate if you would contact us directly to provide more information so that we can see whether there is additional communication, training materials or resources necessary. Our goal anytime we hire is to see the individual stay with Tom James over a long period of time. Thus, as a general rule, we do not see much benefit in under communicating or falsely communicating any aspects of our pay plans, training or what to expect on the job. So if you are willing to share your personal experience in greater detail with us by contacting our Human Resources department, we would appreciate it!

there is not job that will give you the satisfaction & reward than this one; if you work hard, you will do well. It's all about what you put in. Its a great opportunity. If you want a job that everyone is granted the same opportunity and growth is made by your work ethic & not who you know or what you know; the is for you! the company will always support you no matter what you do & it is the most positive environment you could ever be in. If you have the ambition to make 500 k or even 1 million per year, you can; but its up to you & you have to be willing to take care of your clients

its a hard deal! you have to be willing to work and a lot of people are not. There no free lunches... the days that are hard, are indeed, hard... but the days that are great are great. The days that suck, suck. but overall, the pros out way the cons
