Great Training Program

Their sales training program is very well put together. It consists of a combination of sales school, dialogue scripts for face to face appointments along with a dialogue use when cold calling to make appointments. Teaches you how to build a business of clients from the ground up.

Cons

Part of the training consists of riding a long with sales reps already working in the same area as you have been hired. Depending on the sales rep, this can be challenging as it is a lot of time spent with one person and you are dependent on them to help you build your referrals and in some cases the sales rep is not so enthusiastic about helping in this area.
