Pros

The clientele. You get to work with some of the TOP people in your city that you most likely would have never worked with. The meetings twice a year are always in cool locations.

Cons

It is a common response when asked how to build your business for a LEADER to say, just hire a bunch of people and wait for them to quit. You can just take their clients after that.

The only good thing that I can say about Tom James is that I am more confident and can speak to complete strangers.

Cons

Pretty much everything. Management pretends to care and "grow people" which is farce. It has a cult like mentality... You either buy in or you don't.

Pros

Worked in downtown Chicago location. Company has great bi annual trips, decent discount on clothes but they are still making a good profit on employee buys. Some really great people. If you love cold calling and working 12 hours a day this is a good place for you.

Cons

Terrible leadership in many locations. All expenses are paid by employee, including any marketing expenses. Company is way behind the times as far as technology or current marketplace. Very similar to MLM scheme and they feed on young professionals that come in, build up quick client bases and leave for greener pastures and their boss keeps all their clients.
