Pros
Fun environment. Customers are somewhat nicer than the general public unless they have a return. Cool music plays in the store. Flexible with your schedule for the most part.
Cons
Never enough hours to give out. Sales are never good enough. Loss prevention guy thinks every employee is stealing from the company. District Manager had a "do as I say not as I do" attitude. Store manager and district managers were best friends prior to working together so there was a lot of favor-ship involved. I didn't feel comfortable going to either one of them about the other because of it. The list goes on....
